About

The Podmatrix brand was born in January 2018, but has essentially been operating since 2013. As a family ran business, brothers-in-law Craig Swan and Josh Muskett bought the Clarence Lifestyle Village and subsequently purchased a factory in Cambridge and started the production of high-quality relocatable Modular Homes. In 2022 Craig and Josh made the decision to take a step back to retire and Podmatrix was left in the hands of two of Tasmanians young up and coming Directors.

Podmatrix is a growing Tasmanian owned and operated company with extensive experience and expertise in the construction and delivery of quality made relocatable homes and units state-wide. The company’s tailored business model ensures we have the capability to consistently deliver premium units on-budget and on-time.

With Zack Harris and Mitchell Walker now overseeing our business we directly employ over 20 Tasmanians; however, we indirectly have responsibility for over 60 Tasmanian sub-contractors who each carry with them our commitment to building quality homes.

On a daily basis we work closely with our wide range of local suppliers to continue to deliver our premium buildings state wide which continue to exceed our clients’ expectations.
